Born and raised in the heart of West Michigan, Aaron Smith brings a powerful blend of local insight, leadership experience, and a passion for hospitality to PMI Grand Partners. A proud graduate of Hope College and Western Michigan University, Aaron’s roots run deep in the communities along the lakeshore—where he and his wife also raised their three daughters.
Before launching PMI Grand Partners, Aaron spent over 25 years in the financial services industry, working for great local companies like Macatawa Bank and Independent Bank. His background spans executive leadership, software strategy, customer experience design, and strategic vendor management. Aaron built a reputation for crafting seamless, thoughtfully designed, tech-forward experiences that prioritized simplicity and the customer experience—and now brings that same approach to the vacation rental world.
When he’s not managing vacation properties, you’ll likely find Aaron roasting coffee beans, exploring smart home gadgets, geeking out with the latest Apple tech, or cheering on the Detroit Lions. He’s also an avid traveler and lifelong learner—always reading up on innovations that make life a little simpler and more enjoyable.
Jennifer is a Chicago native but has called West Michigan home for over 25 years. A graduate of Hope College, her education and career have been rooted in mental health nursing, including serving as a nurse educator at two local universities. Now a business owner at PMI Grand Partners, Jennifer brings a deep sense of empathy, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and an intuitive understanding of people’s needs to her work. She is passionate about delivering warm, reliable, and exceptional hospitality alongside Aaron.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three daughters and enjoys traveling—both across the U.S. and internationally—reading, cooking, discovering cozy new coffee shops, and meeting new people wherever she goes.
